  • Graduate of University of Mobile with Bachelor of Science degree and a double major in Education and Sociology. I have had a long career in magazine and television advertising sales and worked for such Publishers as Time, Inc., The Tribune Company and Time Warner.
  • Since becoming a Realtor, I have earned and maintained my Florida and Alabama sales license and have properties listed in both states. I have recently earned a new designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert, which equips me to work with seller who may be in jeopardy of losing their home to foreclosure. The skills I've learned will allow me to help sellers negotiate a sales price with a lender which is lower than the mortgage amount. This is a Win-Win situation for all parties: the seller prevents foreclosure, a financial disaster that can ruin your credit for many years, the lender actually saves more money than by going into a costly foreclosure process and potential buyers get a great deal!
